Account & Registration
Go to the Register page and enter your Pakistani mobile number (03XX format), create a password of at least 8 characters, optionally add a referral code, tick the 18+ terms checkbox, then click Continue. On step two, add your full name, date of birth, and city. Your Jilievo account is active immediately — no waiting for a confirmation email or SMS. The whole process takes under two minutes.
You must be 18 years or older to register on Jilievo. This is a hard requirement — not a suggestion. Jilievo verifies age during the KYC process and any account found to belong to someone under 18 is closed immediately with any balance forfeited. If you're unsure, do not register.
KYC (Know Your Customer) is Jilievo's identity verification process. You are not required to complete KYC at registration — you can deposit and play immediately. However, KYC is required before your first withdrawal. You'll need to provide your CNIC number and a photo of the front and back of your CNIC. Yes, but this requires identity verification and must be done through Jilievo support — it cannot be done self-service. Log in, go to account settings, or contact support via live chat with your CNIC details and new number. The process usually takes up to 48 hours. This restriction exists to prevent unauthorised account takeovers. If your old number is already inactive, contact support directly for a manual verification process.
Accounts can be locked for several reasons: five consecutive failed login attempts (auto-lock for 30 minutes), pending KYC verification on a withdrawal, suspected fraudulent activity, a responsible gaming cooling-off request, or a violation of Jilievo's terms. If a friend with a Jilievo account has shared their referral code with you, enter it in the optional referral code field during registration. In crash games like Aviator, a multiplier starts at 1x and rises continuously. You place a bet before the round starts, then cash out at any multiplier before the plane (or rocket) crashes. If you cash out before the crash, you win your bet multiplied by the cashout multiplier. If the crash happens before you cash out, you lose your bet.
