Jilievo Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

By accessing or using the Jilievo platform — whether through a web browser, mobile application, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. This acceptance is automatic upon use of any part of the Jilievo service, including simply browsing the platform without registering.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all registered users and all visitors to the Jilievo platform. They govern all activity on the platform including but not limited to account creation, deposits, withdrawals, game play, bonus claims, and all communications with Jilievo's support team.

Jilievo reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect from the date they are published on this page. Your continued use of the platform after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Jilievo is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit funds, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on Jilievo. Creating an account with false age information is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to use Jilievo, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis while your account is active:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee of Jilievo or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be a close family member of any Jilievo employee where that relationship creates a conflict of interest.
• You must not be subject to any existing self-exclusion agreement that prohibits you from accessing online gaming platforms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

2.2 Age Verification

Jilievo may request identity verification documents at any point to confirm your age and identity. This can include a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in account restriction or closure. Any winnings accrued on an account that fails age verification will be forfeited.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on Jilievo. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances reviewed for forfeiture.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information when registering on Jilievo. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during registration. Using a false identity, another person's details, or fictitious information of any kind is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Jilievo account. This means keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone else. Jilievo will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Jilievo support immediately. Jilievo accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 One Account Per Household

Only one Jilievo account is permitted per household address and per mobile number. If multiple accounts are detected at the same address, Jilievo reserves the right to close all accounts except one and review balances at its discretion. Bonus funds found across multiple accounts in the same household may be entirely forfeited.

3.4 Account Verification

Jilievo operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to verify your identity, address, and payment method before making a withdrawal or at any other time Jilievo deems appropriate. Verification requirements may include submission of a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill, or a screenshot of your mobile wallet statement showing your registered name.

All financial transactions on Jilievo are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Jilievo does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply any currency conversion to player balances at any time.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 for most payment methods; Rs 1,000 for Bank IBFT and card deposits.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Jilievo does not charge any fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own standard charges.
• Deposit limits may be applied at Jilievo's discretion or upon your own request as a responsible gaming tool.
• Jilievo reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional verification before crediting it to your account.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts registered in the same name as your Jilievo account.
• There is no minimum withdrawal amount on Jilievo for real-money (non-bonus) funds.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours. Card refunds may take 1 to 3 business days.
• Jilievo may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements specified at the time the bonus was issued.
• Jilievo reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months and the account holds a positive balance. Jilievo may apply an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant account balances after this period. You will be notified by email or SMS before any inactivity fees are applied.

Jilievo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. These are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed at the time each offer is made available. The general rules below apply to all Jilievo bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds issued by Jilievo are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the offer terms. For example, a bonus with a 20× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must wager Rs 20,000 in eligible games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified Jilievo players unless stated otherwise.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer once unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed by players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under restriction.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is prohibited and will result in all bonuses being voided and accounts being suspended.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds expire if the associated wagering requirement is not met within the validity period specified in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically. Jilievo is not obligated to provide advance notice of individual bonus expiry events beyond the terms communicated at the time of issuance.

5.4 Jilievo's Right to Modify Offers

Jilievo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active offer will not be retroactively affected by changes to that specific offer, but future offers are entirely at Jilievo's discretion.

All games available on Jilievo — including slots, crash games, card games, Ludo, Andar Bahar, and sports betting markets — operate under specific game rules that are displayed within each game interface. By placing a bet in any game on Jilievo, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game rules.

6.1 Provably Fair Systems

Jilievo's crash game titles use provably fair cryptographic systems. The outcome of each round is determined before bets are placed, and the seed used to generate the result is disclosed at the round's end. Any player can independently verify any crash game result using a standard SHA256 hash tool. This verification process is fully documented in the game interface.

6.2 RNG Certification

Slot titles and card games on Jilievo use Random Number Generators (RNGs) from certified software providers. These RNGs are independently audited to ensure outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced by Jilievo or any player.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, Jilievo reserves the right to void the affected round and refund bets placed during the malfunction. A technical error or display fault does not constitute a valid win. Jilievo will make reasonable efforts to resolve malfunctions promptly and communicate transparently with affected players.

6.4 Sports Betting Settlements

Sports betting markets on Jilievo are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body at the time of settlement. Where official results are disputed, Jilievo may delay settlement until the dispute is resolved. Jilievo's settlement decisions on sports markets are final unless a clear error is demonstrated.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Jilievo. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Creating more than one account for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or borrowed personal information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment account to make deposits or receive withdrawals.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or the platform itself to generate unintended winnings.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, or software to interact with Jilievo games or the platform in a way that is not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any game on Jilievo, including coordinating bets or outcomes.
• Using Jilievo to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that violates applicable law.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Jilievo staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Jilievo platform.

All content on the Jilievo platform — including but not limited to the Jilievo name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of Jilievo or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Jilievo platform without express written permission from Jilievo. Scraping or systematically downloading platform content for any purpose is prohibited.

Game titles on Jilievo such as Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, and other third-party games remain the intellectual property of their respective developers. Jilievo licenses these titles to offer them to players — it does not own the underlying game software.

Jilievo is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. Gaming should be an enjoyable entertainment activity — if it stops being that for you, Jilievo has tools to help you manage your activity.

9.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR limits on how much you can deposit to your Jilievo account.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict how long you can play in a single session before being logged out automatically.
• Reality Checks: Receive notifications during extended play sessions reminding you how long you have been active.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period of 1, 7, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and block future re-registration for a minimum period.

All responsible gaming tools can be activated through your account settings or by contacting Jilievo's support team. Activation of any restriction is immediate. Removal of restrictions (other than self-exclusion) may be subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.

Jilievo provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Jilievo makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, secure, and functioning correctly, it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

10.1 What Jilievo Is Not Liable For

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or power outages on your end during play.
• Losses caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Loss of winnings resulting from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical events.

10.2 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jilievo's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the value of the deposits you have made in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits Jilievo's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Jilievo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or Jilievo staff.
• Detection of collusion or any other attempt to exploit the platform unfairly.
• Receiving a chargeback or reversal from your payment provider that Jilievo deems fraudulent.

11.1 Balance at Closure

If Jilievo closes an account for reasons other than a Terms violation, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering balances) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any outstanding review is completed. If closure is due to a confirmed Terms violation, Jilievo reserves the right to forfeit the full account balance.

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your Jilievo account at any time by contacting support. Your remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed. Pending bonuses are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Jilievo may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Jilievo will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account before the changes take effect.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on this page, with the effective date clearly stated at the top. Your continued use of the Jilievo platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

If you do not agree with updated Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and arrange return of your verified balance.

12.1 Governing Language

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these terms, the English version prevails.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
